Beyond our expectations, it was a magical experience in an exceptional setting. We loved the descriptions of the dishes, which were sometimes almost poetic.
The flavors, the attention to detail, the high standards, the service… Bravo to the entire team, bravo to the chef!

What a wonderful discovery this extraordinary restaurant is! And yet, we are accustomed to frequenting many Michelin-starred establishments.
In our opinion, Le Coquillage is in a league far superior to three stars!
Everything is meticulously planned, like a perfectly harmonious choreography: the aperitif and amuse-bouches in one room, followed by a multi-course meal with a well-controlled rhythm, before concluding with the final dessert in another room.
The staff is remarkable, both for the quality of service and for their professionalism and expertise.
The magic of the dishes, crafted and presented with exceptional care, is a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. The skillful use of spices, combined with seafood prepared in various ways, demonstrates an impressive level of culinary research and exacting standards. If we had to mention one slight reservation, it would perhaps be the somewhat direct style of one of the sommeliers when serving the water and wine.
We were also fortunate not to be seated in the other room, which was occupied by a larger group, as the noise level somewhat disrupted the ambiance. It would probably be preferable to reserve a room specifically for groups of more than four people to preserve the more intimate experience one expects in such an establishment.
We would gladly return if we lived closer.

What an experience! Local produce, from the sea and the garden, enhanced by incredible flavors, perfectly paired food and wines/food and drinks, attentive but not overbearing service, a strong family atmosphere, and a truly idyllic setting… In short, we loved it, we traveled, and we found it hard to leave! Bravo to the whole team!

Simply fantastic!
I didn't think a 3-star restaurant could stand out so much from a 1-star one (and yes, it was my first 3-star experience, and I haven't yet been to a 2-star restaurant).
From dream to reality... Unforgettable! This 12-course menu (excluding cheese) flowed seamlessly. The intensity of the flavors built gradually. Initially subtle, each dish enhanced its seafood, culminating in an explosion of taste.
The amuse-bouches preceding the meal perfectly set the stage for the tasting that followed.
I was a guest; I don't know how much we paid for this delightful experience, but my wife says it wasn't expensive for a 3-star restaurant! Go with your eyes wide open (to admire the setting and the view).

What luck! We had the best table... right at the bow of the ship!
We came just before they received their third star, and Le Coquillage had already won us over!
I think this restaurant is a must-try in our culinary scene, firstly because of its family history with spices, and secondly because of its connection to the sea... Dining at Le Coquillage is a bit like taking a boat trip along the spice route: sea views, dishes cooked in broth, exclusively seafood, a world tour of spices... an enchanting journey!
