14/04/2026: Simply fantastic! I didn't think a 3-star restaurant could stand out so much from a 1-star one (and yes, it was my first 3-star experience, and I haven't yet been to a 2-star restaurant). From dream to reality... Unforgettable! This 12-course menu (excluding cheese) flowed seamlessly. The intensity of the flavors built gradually. Initially subtle, each dish enhanced its seafood, culminating in an explosion of taste. The amuse-bouches preceding the meal perfectly set the stage for the tasting that followed. I was a guest; I don't know how much we paid for this delightful experience, but my wife says it wasn't expensive for a 3-star restaurant! Go with your eyes wide open (to admire the setting and the view).

23/03/2026: What luck! We had the best table... right at the bow of the ship! We came just before they received their third star, and Le Coquillage had already won us over! I think this restaurant is a must-try in our culinary scene, firstly because of its family history with spices, and secondly because of its connection to the sea... Dining at Le Coquillage is a bit like taking a boat trip along the spice route: sea views, dishes cooked in broth, exclusively seafood, a world tour of spices... an enchanting journey!

05/04/2026: A wonderful stay for our romantic weekend getaway. Between Saint-Malo and Cancale, the location is perfect! A beautiful, spacious room and friendly service. Excellent breakfasts. And the aquatic area with sauna was a lovely way to end our weekend! Thank you 🙏
