22/08/2026: What a magical birthday evening! This cuisine is incredible… pure art! Our taste buds were amazed by the flavors and textures. The welcome was warm, and Baptiste, our server, spoiled us with his knowledge as a young expert. We can't wait to come back! 🩷🩷🩷 And thank you for this unique experience.
19/08/2026: We had already visited when it had two stars, and what a joy to see this meticulous work rewarded with three, with the same team at the helm... a thousand thanks to Gaylord and Deva, as well as Ségolène, Julien, and Valentine. It's always perfect: warm, welcoming, and of the highest caliber.
The cuisine is vast, breathtakingly refined, enough to win over even the most discerning carnivore.
The friendly and humorous service, along with the carefully curated and sophisticated wine selection, make the experience unforgettable. 💜 Finally, a three-star restaurant where Michelin has dared to step outside its comfort zone. Thank you, congratulations, you are the pride of the profession! ✨✨✨

12/06/2026: A very beautiful estate, worth discovering.
08/06/2026: Individual bungalow in a wooded park, one of ten bungalows, next to the star-rated hotel.
Poorly signposted, railway line nearby (thankfully, few trains).
Weared bedding (mattress...). Breakfast, eaten once at the hotel, buffet style, plentiful and varied.
Welcoming staff.

10/09/2024: Nous avions réservé pour fêter mes 50 ans. Exceptionel! Le cadre est magnifique, les serveurs très aimables, mais surtout, quelle cuisine! Chaque plat était un petit voyage d'inventivité, de finesse... De plus, ils ont tenu parfaitement compte de nos restrictions alimentaires, bien signalées en avance (pas d'huitre pour une personne, pas de gluten - ce qui n'est pas facile! pour une autre). Hugo Rollinger est passé en salle pour vérifier nos satisfactions. Réellement un moment donc nous nous souviendrons longtemps

08/09/2024: Déjeuner à deux dans cet écrin cerné par la mer. Magnifique voyage dans l’univers maritime d’Hugo Roellinger. Une dégustation en onze étapes associant fleurs, poissons, crustacés et fruits de mer (pas de viande) permettant de faire voyager les papilles au grès des flots. Tout est très juste et parfaitement épicé. Le service est très attentionné tout en restant discret. Un repas de grande classe qui nous laissera un beau et long souvenir.
05/09/2024: Un grand moment ! Une cuisine inventive et un grand voyage assuré. Et il y avait si longtemps que je n'avais pas vu une telle assiette de fromage ! Tout est réfléchi et rien n'est superflu. Merci beaucoup pour ce moment.

25/08/2026: I want to thank the lady very much for her warm welcome and excellent food. As a vacationer in the area, I wasn't paying attention to the time. I arrived on August 22nd at 2 pm and found myself struggling to find somewhere to eat. It was her neighbor (Ker Pizza) who suggested I come here. I'm so glad I did!
The panini was delicious and perfectly piping hot. The portion of fries was generous. And the flan... Wow, it was divine! I usually only eat prune tarts because I don't like flan. Well, what a surprise! 😲 The flan was so smooth and creamy I've never experienced anything like it. I could happily eat flan like that every day.
All the pastries are homemade.
Thank you again, madam, for your hospitality. I paid €12.50 for everything and the quality was excellent 🫡🙏🫶
PS: For those eating in, please clear your tray; it would make them happy 😉
