A colleague and I happened to come for lunch one Monday.
What a lovely surprise!
First of all, the interior is magnificent and full of charm.
The menu is short, seasonal, and respects the region's culinary heritage.
The service is impeccable.
Special mention for the thoughtful touch of personalizing the desserts for us, as we were allergic to nuts.
Go there, you won't be disappointed!

A fantastic overnight stay in a beautiful little town. The meal was absolutely delicious, featuring innovative recipes – kudos to the chef for his imagination! The service was top-notch, with a waitress who was clearly attentive to her guests' well-being. Efficient service throughout. Waking up to the church bells – what more could you ask for? And a delicious breakfast.

Excellent meal in every way! It was delicious, refined, and local—what more could you ask for? And thank you to the very friendly waitress for recommending the pear cooked in amber beer for dessert; it was indeed very good!
In short, I highly recommend this restaurant!

We came as a group of four on a Sunday at lunchtime, and the welcome was warm and professional.
The restaurant is located in the center of the old town.
We only ate in the restaurant; we didn't have time to try the hotel.
We loved the decor of the dining room; it was Christmas time with all the decorations.
The food was excellent, both in terms of taste and presentation.
Don't hesitate to ask them questions about the dishes and drink choices.
I highly recommend it, whether you're alone, with family, or even with friends. As a bonus, they offer a loyalty card.

5 stars, and if there were 20, it would be the same.
I travel regularly and have stayed in quite a few hotels and restaurants. I stumbled upon this one by chance after a bad booking in Dijon—a rather fortunate coincidence, as since the end of September I've been staying here 1 or 2 nights a week.
The food is top-notch; I've never been disappointed. It almost deserves a Michelin star. Mylène and her team are incredibly attentive and wonderful.
Such a beautiful establishment in a city that doesn't do it justice is a real shame, especially considering the city's rich history.
