Le Cottage sur Marly-Le-Roi

We had booked this place without knowing it and from a distance to reunite close family after our grandmother's funeral ceremony. Telephone contact was very good with the chef who was very accommodating. And we were not disappointed: the place is certainly small (there were around thirty of us and it wouldn't have needed more) but super cozy, the welcome was very friendly and the cakes were very good. A warm place well suited to the circumstances! Thanks again.

I loved this restaurant!! Little nugget that I was able to discover during my visit to Marly-le-Roi 🤩. Super cozy and warm place where I was able to warm up with a delicious hot chocolate!! Special mention for the incredibly warm welcome from the whole team, I was really delighted, we felt like we were staying with friends!!! 😍🙏😍 I will come back without hesitation when the nice weather arrives to try the terrace!! Thanks to the team, I really had a great time at the Cottage!!

Une jolie découverte avec une terrasse en jardin bien agréable.

J'ai connu le cottage il y a une dizaine d'années et j'avoue être nostalgique de ce qu'il était par le passé. J'ai été très déçue de la dernière fois où je suis venue. La carte des thés s'est considérablement réduite de même que le choix des pâtisseries. Je trouve également que la qualité n'est plus la même, même si certaines produits demeurent qualitatifs. La décoration a aussi quelque peu changée : le cottage a gardé son esprit anglais à l'ancienne mais il s'y mêlait des toiles plus modernes qui contrastaient mal avec l'ambiance générale... En revanche le service est toujours chaleureux et courtois. Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai... d'autant que les prix sont loin d'être attractifs...
