Le Coyote sur Valenciennes

We came for dinner on a weeknight as a couple and had a wonderful time thanks to the really lovely setting, the tasteful decor, the warm welcome typical of our beautiful region, and the efficient service. The menu is well-balanced with a wide selection, complemented by a nice chalkboard of daily specials. There's also a great selection of good beers, including the excellent Paix Dieu on tap. We shared nachos with melted cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream: they were excellent! As for our main courses, since there was no information about the origin of the beef (which put me off), I opted for the mixed platter and my partner chose the ribs. Everything was very good and homemade. We finished with scoops of ice cream from a renowned artisan ice cream maker, and we weren't disappointed: they were delicious.
