Good food, fast service, attentive to customer requests, accepts groups, warm welcome

I definitely arrived at a bad time, as the welcome was rather frosty. I went in for a coffee. The owner had her hands on a piece of beef she was slicing. Customers shouldn't have to bear the brunt of an establishment's organization and have to wait around while the person assigned to serving deigns to give them a modicum of attention. That said, the place seems suitable for a worker's lunch. The buffet appeared well-stocked.
