Simple and very well-prepared dishes. Service can be a little slow, so you need to be patient. I didn't give it 5/5 because the fries were frozen.

A wonderful surprise during our stopover in Beauval! We booked a last-minute reservation at this restaurant for seven people, including two young children, on Easter Monday. What a stroke of luck! The staff are incredibly friendly and the setting, right in the heart of Saint-Aignan, is very pleasant. The local, homemade cuisine is both delicious and generous. We highly recommend this place!

This restaurant really surprised me!! First, the taste: it's truly, truly, truly delicious! Every dish is prepared with care, not a single misstep. And what's more, the prices are very reasonable, excellent value for money. The service is impeccable: the staff is very welcoming and attentive from beginning to end. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, clean, and warm—perfect for having a great time. What surprised me most were the complimentary olives! I don't normally like olives, but these were incredibly good… I ate them non-stop, they were truly delicious!! And the steak tartare… I never eat raw meat, but this one completely changed my mind: no unpleasant taste at all, on the contrary, it was fresh and flavorful. Truly excellent! In short, it's a restaurant I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!!
