Hello, Having recently eaten with my mother – my second time at this establishment – ​​I just wanted to say that their pizzas in La Roche-sur-Yon are my favorites. I'm not saying they're the best; I don't know every pizzeria, and it's a matter of taste anyway. But one thing is for sure: in my opinion, the key to a successful pizza is the dough. And here, they hit the jackpot: thin, crispy, perfectly topped even with a simple Margherita. No matter the toppings, they could put gravel on it, and I'd still give it an average score. And it's generous; I had trouble finishing it, even though I'm a big eater, and my mother got a bag to finish it that evening. In short: third time's the charm! I'll be back very soon. One small drawback: consider sealing the small cracks in the walls. In winter, you can feel the cold seeping in when you sit nearby, despite the radiators. Anyway, thank you, and see you very soon!
