Le Cristalin sur La Roche-Sur-Yon

We went to this restaurant on a Friday evening, having booked an hour in advance. Despite a long wait, due to the fact that there were many takeaway pizzas available at the same time, we left satisfied. We were glad we waited... a lovely Niçoise salad and a delicious pizza. The staff was very welcoming. If you're looking for good quality pizzas, you've come to the right place.

Very good Italian restaurant. The thin-crust pizzas are delicious, even if they have very little crème fraîche on the base… Note: when ordering takeout, we asked for merguez sausage, which was charged to the bill but not added to the pizza (we didn't ask for it because it was already late).

An excellent place! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, top-quality cuisine made entirely from scratch with excellent ingredients. Everything was superb, from the appetizer to the dessert. A real treat! In short: perfect, nothing to complain about! I highly recommend it.

You love homemade food! No rip-offs here! You'll see for yourself when you eat; it's obvious. Plus, the chef, the owner, and Brice the waiter are fantastic—humorous, friendly, and professional—not to mention the young cook who puts his heart into preparing delicious dishes. If you enjoy good food in a great atmosphere, you've found the perfect place, honestly. Enjoy your meal! 😉

On vacation and stumbled upon this place... Verdict: Excellent restaurant, everything is homemade. Large salad portions... the desserts (a Dame Blanche) are also excellent and homemade. The chef is truly very, very good. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

The best pizza in La Roche! We've been delighted to be customers of Le Crystalin pizzeria (run by Chrystelle and Alain) for years. The team is fantastic: welcoming, friendly, and funny. Special mention goes to Brice, the very professional and attentive waiter. The portions are generous: the toppings are plentiful, and I love the thinness of the crust (you can ask for it to be thicker if you're picky). The salmon is house-smoked. The ice cream is homemade, as are the pastas, the Bolognese... Everything is fresh, the ingredients are local (bought from the farmer who lives 5km away), and everything is French. They offer gluten-free pasta and things like vegetarian lasagna. The setting is lovely, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. There's even a homemade basil plan on the bar that would make anyone envious.

A wonderful discovery thanks to a recommendation... I'd often walked past it, but this time I finally went in... everything was perfect, from the very friendly staff to the excellent food... I'll definitely be back, and don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed
