Absolutely perfect!!! 😃💞 We were looking for a strawberry tart for our son's birthday, and while they didn't have any on display, the saleswoman kindly offered to make one for us that very afternoon.
It was delicious: light, not too sweet, with a perfect biscuit base, pistachio whipped cream, and a beautiful presentation with fresh flowers. 🤩 Truly an excellent place; we will gladly return.

I've never reviewed this bakery before, even though I've been going there since it opened—better late than never! Back then, I went to Chavanelle primary school and used to eat lunch there. Mr. Jousserand has always been such a kind and lovely person. For pastries, savory items, and bread, it's by far the best bakery in Saint-Étienne! Always new things, always original, always with kindness and good cheer. It's been a while since I've been there, having moved to a different neighborhood, but I have such fond memories. Thanks again to the team and your wonderful atmosphere! ❤️
