We were recommended Le Croûton des Gones as our wedding caterer and we were absolutely delighted! From the preparation and organization to sharing great ideas, of course on the big day itself, and afterwards, everything went perfectly. Excellent communication, attention to detail, superb cuisine, impeccable service, very pleasant and professional staff, even some surprises like the pâté en croûte with the arrival of the world vice-champion to cut and entertain the guests. A wonderful discovery on our return from vacation! From the appetizer to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was excellent, plentiful, and delicious. Don't hesitate for a second, you won't be disappointed!

From the moment David greets you warmly, you know you're in a restaurant where conviviality and good food are the hallmarks. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring their customers have a wonderful time and want for nothing. It's a place to gather with friends, enjoy delicious food, and have the pleasure of getting together with colleagues, family, or friends for a meal in the true Lyonnais tradition—and that's coming from a satisfied Saint-Étienne native. Special mention goes to the efficiency and friendliness of the young waitresses and David's excellent supervision. The terrace is very pleasant, and the dining room is truly worth a visit for its decor, which celebrates gastronomy, local produce, and history, as well as items related to the restaurant's activities. I thoroughly enjoyed a very good chicken and pepper focaccia, a delicious homemade sausage with Espelette pepper tomato sauce, and a delightful sweet surprise: a Chartreuse cheesecake. Delicious home-style cooking made even better by the warm welcome and attentive service provided by the team to their customers.

Great little restaurant that I highly recommend. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Go there and you'll be hooked.

First come, first served... Some people ordered an appetizer, which helped pass the time. No one ordered dessert because of the wait. Luckily, the main courses were all very good. Tonight's concert was great. Sorry, but I won't be back.
