A dinner beyond our expectations after having booked by chance online..... From the welcome to the service, including the kitchen, everything was perfect. Worthy of a gourmet restaurant....and not bistronomic.

I went there when the restaurant still had its star, and although the service was still friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed by the poultry dish which was still raw in the middle. I told the waitress but no reaction. The rest was good.

01/04/2024: We had a great time as a family. The variety of dishes offered as part of our menu was very appreciated and the presentation very pretty. The quality of the products was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The service is professional (welcoming, smiling and very responsive) and all this in a very warm setting! A round of applause to the whole team ! We highly recommend!
01/04/2024: We had Le Soufflet as a caterer for a family celebration. Excellent food. Highly recommended. He also responds patiently to special requests and everything at a fair price.

SALLE DES BOUCHERS

03/02/2024: 1st visit following a reservation by messenger in the afternoon. Really excellent unlimited carpaccio. The pizzas look just as delicious. This will be for next time because we will come back to confirm this more than positive first impression. Bieber family.
