Brittany in the spotlight! Buffet of appetizers and desserts. A few inaccuracies regarding the timing... One of the dishes offered was temporarily unavailable, both as an appetizer and as a dessert. It would be wise to specify when making a reservation that if two dishes are offered, guests cannot choose the same two dishes at the same table. Kudos to the chef who supervises his young future cooks and servers.

Very good. The staff is always so pleasant and attentive. The food is impeccable for a very affordable price. That's why we come regularly! We always have the same observation: in our opinion, the dishes could be hotter. They were barely lukewarm, which is a shame 😪 because they are high-quality dishes. Apart from that, everything is perfect. See you soon!

We had lunch at the Cigory x Esicad training restaurant and were served by first-year BTS Cuisine students. They were motivated and attentive, clearly wanting to do well despite a few initial hesitations. Gradually, they relaxed and gained confidence, making for a very pleasant experience. The meal was delicious and well-prepared, with special mention for the quality of the dishes. Only the onion tart could have been a little warmer. A minor drawback upon arrival: the welcome was a bit slow, despite the evident goodwill and helpfulness of the students in the dining room. A great learning experience that offers a glimpse behind the scenes and encourages these future restaurant professionals.

Very good meal and excellent service. I highly recommend it.
