01/08/2026: Restaurant Mirazur was our first 3-star Michelin experience. The price for this experience was 450 euros (beverages excluded), and the meal lasted around ~4 hours. We got to experience the Flower Universe menu. The first part of the experience was a walk through a museum about the restaurant, and at the end of the first part, we got to drink from a flower, which was super cool. Then we went outside for some light bites with a nice garden view. At the end of this portion, we got this liquid nitrogen cold dessert, which was super cool, but wasn’t my favorite because it was so cold it hurt my tongue. For the third part of the experience, we got to sit down with magnificent views of the water. Each dish was so beautiful and fun to try. Most of them were tasty, but I wouldn’t say the flavor combinations were the best tasting I’ve ever had. I did enjoy all the seafood dishes and the duck. The chocolate universe dish at the end was so fun because I love to try different chocolates. They also gave us an extra dessert for our honeymoon, so that was a nice touch. At the end of the meal, they gave us a copy of the menu and some seeds. For the price, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it just for the food quality, but you’re paying for the whole experience including ambiance and presentation, so that in itself was fun and entertaining.
