Le Cyrnos sur Menton

A good experience at Cyrnos in Menton. The setting is pleasant, the welcome friendly, and the service adequate. We had a good time, even if it didn't completely blow us away. A good place, but not a real standout.

The cocktail was very good in a beautiful setting, but the servers were unresponsive. We had to ask for water twice, with a good 15 minutes between each request in 30-degree heat… and the nerve of the second server who confused us by going to get water for nothing. Well, duh, since the first one took literally 15 minutes to serve us water… The least they could do is apologize for the wait, not confuse us…

We had dinner as a family at this restaurant and everything was great! The welcome was warm, the waiter very kind and professional. The dishes were very well prepared and absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful time as a family. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the attitude of a waitress named Dénia towards me. I found her behavior particularly unprofessional and her attitude towards me completely inappropriate. As a customer, I believe I have the right to expect a minimum of respect, courtesy, and professionalism from the staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. Even when there is a disagreement or difficulty with a customer, it should be handled calmly, respectfully, and professionally. I therefore hope that management will take the necessary steps to remind everyone of the importance of appropriate customer service. I would like to point out, however, that the cocktails and food were excellent. It's all the more unfortunate because the experience could have been very pleasant without this behavior. A disappointing experience, unfortunately, and I hope things will improve in the future.
