We had a great time at this restaurant, even during the busy season. They kept smiling, were efficient, and pleasant.

Hello everyone.
We ate there last night, a table for two, and had a very long wait. We arrived at 8:50 pm, our aperitif was served at 10:30 pm, and our main course at 11:00 pm. 🤷🏻♀️
Unfortunately, the servers were overwhelmed, resulting in a very long wait and slow service for everyone. It's a shame because the food itself was good.

Thank you for the wonderful dinner. The staff was attentive throughout the service, ensuring we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who kindly managed to find us a table in the sun. A truly friendly team. The food was very good, and the gourmet coffee was delicious. ☀️☕😋

We ate at this brasserie for the first time, and in addition to serving delicious food, they offer a very affordable menu. The icing on the cake was the lovely staff.
We'll probably return on our next visit to the charming town of Auch.

An exceptional experience at Daroles for my wife and me. The cuisine is simply delicious and full of creativity. Each dish is a delight for the taste buds. Gers has always had a reputation for good food, reminiscent of the Musketeers. We opted for the duck breast (absolutely divine, a must-try in Auch!) accompanied by perfectly golden fries, a salad, a glass of Madiran wine, and finished with a gourmet coffee. The young couple who run the restaurant are welcoming and attentive, creating a very convivial atmosphere. The new team brings a dynamism and professionalism that is truly appreciated. Congratulations to this restaurant for showcasing the products of our beautiful Southwest. We will definitely be back.

Nice restaurant with a sunny terrace. Quick service. Very good and reasonably priced dishes for the quantity and price, whether you choose the set menu (lunch, breakfast, or main course).
