Excellent restaurant! Impeccable service, friendly staff, and delicious food. A wonderful experience in La Ferté-Bernard; I highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome and attentive service from the owner and two very professional young staff members. The meal was excellent. Refined flavors and perfect presentation. A very nice wine list! We were accompanied by our dog and it wasn't a problem at all. We can't wait to return to "Le Dauphin" as soon as possible. 5 stars!

The food was always impeccable. However, the dining room was very poorly soundproofed and the noise was terrible; you couldn't hear yourself speak. There's a lot of room for improvement in this area.

An excellent restaurant! We had lunch there one day and everything was perfect. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and friendly. The wine list was also very good, with excellent selections to complement the meal. I highly recommend it; a true pleasure from start to finish.

We had a wonderful evening at the Dauphin. The dining rooms are pleasant, and the service is friendly. The only downside: the decor, made up of paintings, whose modernism, very colorful but uninspired, clashes with the restaurant's potential for authenticity. The starter (pan-fried foie gras for one, foie gras for the other) was delicious. The main course was first-rate (sweetbreads for the gentleman, veal escalope for the lady). The desserts were clearly a notch below par in terms of taste, but magnificent in terms of the view. We drank a delicious Loire wine. The bill came in at between 50 and 60 euros per person, excluding drinks.
