Why in Marseille can't we have a decent restaurant, tables with cloth tablecloths and napkins and good cuisine?

We came to eat a few years ago and we had a beautiful memory... But today it was a disappointment. The restaurant has aged a lot, a bad smell upon entering with the main toilet door open and not closing, no respect for the customers for the odors. The kitchen is not up to par, dishes served cold. Too bad for the setting we won't be coming back
