Excellent experience! The staff were very warm, kind, and pleasant, and the food was perfect. I highly recommend it! Quick and very friendly service at Delta, delicious food, we were delighted!

A mountain retreat where you'll receive a wonderful welcome from genuine people! Ideally located in Aussois, it's a great place to spend some quality time!

Nothing to complain about...everything is fresh...very good cuisine, the kind you rarely find in ski resorts...the ingredients are very well prepared and of high quality...the atmosphere is very pleasant...the waitresses and waiters, as well as the management, are very attentive to the customers...and I would say...they really take care of us...with a lovely setting and a beautiful outdoor terrace...well located...opposite the chairlift...a place that deserves to be better known...yum...yum...I will definitely go back, both for lunch and dinner...thank you for sharing this post because it deserves to be better known...The PP of the Oise.

Great team, great location, perfect for drinks before, during, and after skiing, with a beautiful view of the slopes and plenty of sunshine when the sun comes out! The burger menu could be improved with the cooking, but we were able to mention it to Maxime, who handled our request extremely well. He offered us a delicious crepe to compensate for the undercooked burger and fries, waiving the charge on the bill to rectify the mistake. This kind of service is still too rare in restaurants, and Delta really knew how to handle it! As a result, we go every day to enjoy the service and the terrace for a drink or more :)

Bar at the foot of the slopes, very well located, friendly staff!

The staff were pleasant during lunch. However, the next day, we waited 20 minutes for just two draft beers, outside of lunchtime service hours, which is difficult to understand. We also had a very bad impression from a staff member wearing glasses and using a computer, who was clearly not very engaged in his work. We waited almost 10 minutes at the bar to pay the bill. If this is the manager, I would like to remind everyone—as a business owner myself—that a manager must lead by example, be involved, and work at the same pace as their team.
