Nice little restaurant where we had a pleasant meal around an excellent Savoyard fondue. We also had a plate of charcuterie as an accompaniment which was generous.

As always for many years, the service, welcome and cuisine are very good. The dishes are hearty, generous and tasty. A desire for traditional Savoyard fondue or porcini mushrooms, polente, pancakes, pizzas or creamy ice cream sundaes, don't hesitate to open the door to discover an authentic and welcoming restaurant.

The food was decent. The cheese fondue only had bread for dipping. The fondue with bacon was very salty. The raglette is heated with a gourmet pan. The service was curt if you don't speak French. You cannot make yourself understood in English. The seats are very uncomfortable. The decoration of the restaurant is cozy.

25/03/2024: First of all, thank you to the waitress, bartender and cook for their welcome and availability which I found very family-friendly. Especially to try “la Pinsa” an ancient pizza from Rome unlike any other we know. A killer for me. The generous salads and the very good fondue. We stayed 4 days in Aussois, we went there 3 times, that’s saying something. Keep it up, change little or nothing.
22/03/2024: A big thank you to the entire Delta team for their welcome and kindness! It’s beautiful, it’s pleasant and it’s good!
