The Delta, located at the foot of the slopes, is THE perfect haven throughout the day. From early morning, a sunny coffee, a lunch break with a varied menu at reasonable prices, a day of remote work, an afternoon snack with hot chocolate, après-ski with mulled wine, a Savoyard dinner... the best part? Their absolute kindness when you arrive with children and luggage while waiting for the shuttle... Even during the busiest times, the team remains smiling and helpful. Thank you to the Delta for making our family vacation so easy; it was our family headquarters. See you soon!

This is the first time we've changed ski resorts in 20 years. We wanted a change of scenery and ended up in Aussois. Arriving a bit early, we were welcomed by Le Delta for a last-minute treat. The service and food were excellent, as was the staff. We had a wonderful week with the whole team. Cynthia, Vincent, Noah, Lucie, and the Belgians. And happy birthday again to Coco!

Incredible! The atmosphere, the welcome, the staff, and the food. Right at the foot of the slopes, perfect for an aperitif—what more could you ask for?!

We were warmly welcomed and served before opening time, with a delicious breakfast. We returned for dinner where we encountered a friendly and energetic team and enjoyed an excellent meal! I highly recommend this establishment!!

Come for the welcome and the service. However, not for the food and drinks. We were there as a family, ordered "Sex on the Beach," and received a mixture of peach and orange juice (even though two expert bartenders in my family confirmed it was a mix). The tartiflette was tasteless, the fondue was burnt and not very generous. The raclette arrived without any charcuterie; we had to ask three times. To top it all off, they no longer have any desserts except crepes and crumbles. Of course, the price remains the same.

We went there last night. Pinsa and escalope were on the menu. Everything was delicious, truly. The staff is charming, with a touch of humor.

A mountain retreat where you'll receive a wonderful welcome from genuine people! Ideally located in Aussois, it's a great place to spend some quality time!

Nothing to complain about...everything is fresh...very good cuisine, the kind you rarely find in ski resorts...the ingredients are very well prepared and of high quality...the atmosphere is very pleasant...the waitresses and waiters, as well as the management, are very attentive to the customers...and I would say...they really take care of us...with a lovely setting and a beautiful outdoor terrace...well located...opposite the chairlift...a place that deserves to be better known...yum...yum...I will definitely go back, both for lunch and dinner...thank you for sharing this post because it deserves to be better known...The PP of the Oise.
