It's so hard to choose that I'll have to go back again and again to try all the possible combinations! This time it's cecina, raclette, and piquillo peppers! Incredibly delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed it... With a fantastic and welcoming staff, I highly recommend it :)

We took advantage of a stroll through Toulouse to discover Le Détaillant. What a treat!
A wide selection of charcuterie, a variety of side dishes, and for those of us who can't decide, ready-made options. A real delight; the bread is wonderfully crusty, and the burrata is creamy.
The restaurant is located on a charming, quiet little street. Truly a culinary delight, and the service was quick and impeccable.

Mama, you're a great retailer, really great! Superb welcome with a really cool atmosphere and great background music. The sandwiches are excellent, generously sized, with quality ingredients. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed them, and I honestly don't think I've ever eaten such a good sandwich before. Thank you!
