Le Diamant sur La Bresse

Staying at the hotel, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We were delighted with our choice as we had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to Anthony, our waiter for the evening, who was very pleasant and always smiling. The food was delicious and a nice change from what we usually eat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Having eaten there for a group meal... The welcome was mediocre, the portions were sparse, really quite average. Terrible value for money... Really disappointed.

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful time at the hotel. Today, I was able to enjoy the restaurant. Both gave the impression of being truly valued and pampered. The dining room is quiet and allows for a truly enjoyable dining experience: a bright space, tasteful decor, discreet and efficient service, and above all, excellent food. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Fourth time we've come for lunch and it's still just as good. Exceptional for a very well-presented and very good daily menu.

We regularly stay at the Hôtel des 3 Vallées, but this was our first time at the Le Diamant restaurant. A wonderful surprise: the welcome was warm and attentive, the setting magnificent, and the food excellent. All this for a very affordable price. We won't hesitate to return!
