Le Diamant sur La Bresse

This isn't our first time here, but we always have a wonderful meal! We ordered two tasting menus which were absolutely incredible (we didn't even have time to photograph the appetizer). Plus, they adapted the menu to accommodate our allergies. Thank you so much! :)

Semi-gastronomic restaurant, pleasant setting, refined cuisine...

Staying at the hotel, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We were delighted with our choice as we had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to Anthony, our waiter for the evening, who was very pleasant and always smiling. The food was delicious and a nice change from what we usually eat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Delicious, generous portions, and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent service, pleasant and calm atmosphere.

A wonderful discovery. The foie gras, the Mont d'Or cheese, the burger... and that little Pinot Zeyssolff. Both our dinners were perfect. The restaurant is very quiet, and the staff was attentive. I almost forgot the cashews with the secret recipe... thank you for the second little ramekin with the aperitif. We will gladly return.

Having eaten there for a group meal... The welcome was mediocre, the portions were sparse, really quite average. Terrible value for money... Really disappointed.

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful time at the hotel. Today, I was able to enjoy the restaurant. Both gave the impression of being truly valued and pampered. The dining room is quiet and allows for a truly enjoyable dining experience: a bright space, tasteful decor, discreet and efficient service, and above all, excellent food. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.
