Great! The staff is fantastic. However, for the past few months, the tobacco section has been completely empty if you want a pack of cigarettes. So I don't know if it's going to close. I can go at any time of the month, whether it's the beginning, middle, or end, whether it's morning, afternoon, or late afternoon, and the tobacco section is always empty.

28/10/2025: A great place to stay in the heart of Lisieux. The family room is spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast, especially the homemade madeleines. The jams are also excellent!
27/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. After having problems with our first room due to the noise from the kitchen ventilation system, we were moved to another room. The rooms are fine, but nothing extraordinary. The toilet seat was broken, the pipes seemed half-clogged, and when we came in, a damp smell hit our noses. Apart from that: clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay. Good for a stopover hotel.

14/07/2026: I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I particularly appreciated the explanations given throughout the service, both for the color and the cut. The advice was clear, and the result met my expectations. A big thank you to Ophélie. The only thing I think could be improved is the salon's decor. It looks dated and lacks modernity. This is a shame because, for a salon located in a high-traffic area, the exterior and interior ambiance don't necessarily entice people to come in. A refresh of the decor would better highlight the quality of the work and the team's professionalism.
09/07/2026: The store is very well stocked, in every department, clean, bright and well organized!!!
