Our first experience at this restaurant was a complete success. We particularly appreciated the setting, with its lovely terrace offering a pleasant outdoor dining experience and a superb panoramic view.
The food was simply excellent: flavorful dishes, perfectly seasoned and served in generous portions, worthy of a top-notch restaurant.
Finally, a big thank you to the owner for her impeccable service, combining professionalism, a smile, and attentiveness throughout the meal.

A very nice restaurant with a friendly welcome. Open on Sunday evenings, which is great. We had a very good meal. Two minor complaints: the portions were a little small and the wines were €18 each... Otherwise, nothing to complain about; you can also choose very good wines for €6. Worth discovering.

A sunny Sunday lunch. ☀️
A wonderful welcome from the owner, who offered us a seat on the sunny terrace, with the option of going inside if we got too hot.
A divine amuse-bouche, which hinted at an exceptional meal to come.
A perfect starter: perfectly cooked foie gras for me, and delicious scallops for my friend.
A small criticism regarding my main course: I ordered salmon. The menu specified that it was semi-smoked. When it arrived, I asked if it could be cooked a little longer. This was done without any problem, but my plate came back with perfectly cooked salmon for me… but, and there is a “but,” everything else on the plate was cold (Jerusalem artichoke purée and cold carrots). This was the only slight drawback of the meal: it would have been better to remake the entire plate or keep it warm while the salmon was cooking.
Oh, and also: everything was a tad too salty (the chef is in love… I got confirmation 😂).
The dessert was fantastic 👍, and the coffee and its little pastries were also fantastic 👍. Thank you for this very pleasant experience.

Dix’Vin in Cadenet: A Divine Gastronomic Experience in the Heart of the Luberon
The name says it all, and it's true. At Dix’Vin, everything was literally divine, from the first bite to the last dessert.
For starters, the morel mushroom stuffed with veal set the tone: a refined and elegant preparation, with a perfect marriage of earth and meat that reveals true technical mastery.
Then came the salmon with Jerusalem artichoke velouté, smooth, delicate, and perfectly balanced.
And to finish in style, a chocolate fondant that alone is worth the trip.
Each dish is carefully crafted, thoughtful, and generous; you can feel the cooking of a chef who loves what he does and does it well.
Special mention goes to the wine recommendations, accurate and perfectly suited, which enhanced every step of the meal.
An address I recommend without hesitation to anyone exploring the Southern Luberon: Dix’Vin is undoubtedly among the best restaurants in the region. Exceptional cuisine in an equally exceptional setting.
