Pas mal de gens nous avaient dit: " Si vous passez par Espartignac, n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte du Dolmen . " Et en effet ,un accueil chaleureux , un excellent restaurant de campagne, c'est simple, très bon, on en ressort ravis et rassasiés . Une jolie découverte lors de ces vacances 2024 .

Not the most famous in France but I think "Le Dolmen" is one of the best French restaurants. This restaurant has been taken over since July by a new chef. Even if the quantities are no longer the same, the dishes and desserts are just as good. Almost everything is done on site. If you are near Uzerche, I recommend going there. I was amazed by the flavor of the dishes at this restaurant. I heard that President François Hollande ate there before becoming President of France. Please note, it is strongly recommended to book before going, because the restaurant is often full, even if it is located in a remote corner, not far from Uzerche!

A restaurant rightly recommended by the village mayor. Very warm welcome, very pleasant and friendly owner/waitress. Good regional cuisine with a presentation that is both simple and elegant, a vegetable accompaniment that goes very well with meat, ideal cooking to suit everyone's taste, a choice for all tastes for starters, main course and desserts. An unbeatable quality/price ratio. In short, a very good establishment which is worth the detour when you are on the A20 near Uzerche.
