A truly wonderful discovery. Lunch was a real delight, with delicate and harmonious flavors. The staff and owners are very professional and the welcome was warm. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. A big thank you. We will definitely return on our next trips to the area.

Excellent restaurant. Everything was perfect: the food, the dining room, and the service. I have rarely eaten such delicious dishes; a true delight. I had to force myself to eat slowly to savor every flavor. I recommend it 300%.

A quality gourmet restaurant with impeccable service, however, it falls short of excellence. Unfortunately, there are many restaurants in Valence offering a higher level of cuisine for a similar price. A major drawback was the defrosted bread.

08/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, the barmaid Cassiopée is very professional, I highly recommend it!!!
07/08/2026: We came to eat at Briand with a friend and we had a wonderful meal! I had the tuna tartare and my friend had a large octopus salad: a real treat! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly suited to the heat. A bonus was the shaded terrace. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team!
