The flavour of the food was fantastic! Unfortunately it took nearly three hours for us to receive one dinner course (split between two people) — entree, main plate, and dessert. I don't know if they were just short staffed tonight or this is the status quo, as it took the waiter 35 minutes to get our initial order after seating us and there were only three other tables dining at 2100hr on a weekend. Hoping tonight was just a fluke!
