I had the pleasure of spending an evening at Les Flocons d’Ange, and what an evening it was! It was the last night, and the owner even left the bar open because we had come. This simple gesture perfectly sums up the man: a rare generosity, complete authenticity, and an extraordinary ability to bring people together. In this typically Savoyard setting, he has managed to add a Corsican and Mediterranean touch that gives the place an absolutely unique soul. The food is wonderful, but Les Flocons d’Ange is much more than a restaurant: it’s a place where you spend incredible evenings with friends, where you immediately feel at ease, where you almost rediscover the joy of celebration that you thought you had forgotten. There are successful establishments, and then there are places inhabited by exceptional people. Here, everything is perfect: the food, the atmosphere, the setting, the welcome, the warmth. In my opinion, it's simply the best bar-restaurant in the Tarentaise Valley. Men like him are national treasures. They should be protected. Thank you for this evening and for this generosity that means so much.

We've eaten there several times; the veal stew is to die for, the gypsy night with top-notch musicians was unforgettable, and the suckling pig night was a real treat! Go without hesitation—a great time is guaranteed!

A great little restaurant, very welcoming, the staff are friendly, the service is quick, the presentation is beautiful, but above all, it's incredibly delicious. I had a Corsican Burger...a real treat, and to top it off, the owner bought a digestif, which I'll let you discover for yourself, but rest assured, it's just like the rest of the service...delicious.

A must-visit in Montchavin! What a wonderful discovery! Everything is here for an exceptional experience: the quality of the food, the generous portions, the warm welcome, the setting, and the inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're in a real home. I thoroughly enjoyed the veal sauté with chestnuts, absolutely extraordinary, and at an unbeatable price. The cuisine is generous, expertly prepared, and full of character, with a particularly successful blend of the Savoyard authenticity of the place and the creative touch of Mediterranean and Corsican cuisine. Special mention also goes to the chocolate mousse, a truly homemade dessert just the way we like them: simple, generous, and delicious. Bravo to Ange for her warm welcome and generosity, and to Georges for his immense culinary talent. The setting is magnificent, typically Savoyard, and the place is perfect for a good meal, a drink, or simply a relaxing moment. Les Flocons d’Ange Léonie is one of those rare little gems that you're truly happy to discover. A must-try in Montchavin.

Very good and very welcoming! A very nice place

We came for lunch and saw that they were having a suckling pig party that evening. Since we enjoyed our lunch so much, we booked for dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic, the welcome was just as warm as at lunchtime, and the meal was absolutely delicious! Our daughter Faustine received a wonderful welcome. Thank you again for everything!
