Don't hesitate, it's the best around and even of all the caramel pork dishes, everything is good with a controlled and traditional taste and seasoning, top-notch service and very beautiful, unique dining room!

The Red Dragon has become one of our go-to restaurants in Pau. Generous portions, excellent food, and unbeatable prices—we enjoy a delicious meal every time we go and always receive a warm welcome from the manager. I highly recommend it for lovers of Asian cuisine.

My partner and I regularly eat at Le Dragon Rouge. We are delighted with the quality of the food and the service. The welcome is warm and friendly. We recently went as a family with the children, and we were all won over. We highly recommend this restaurant for its cuisine and service. The dishes are delicious and very generous, and the manager is pleasant and welcoming. We can't wait to go back! 😊 Laurent, Anouck, and the children.

13/02/2026: What a super little restaurant just at the edge of the historic center of Pau. We have previously sampled their delicious food at Les Halles in Pau. But I am so glad we went to this cozy restaurant. The shrimp and coconut milk soup was fabulous, as were the nems. And the vegetarian noodles were filling and perfectly seasoned. Reasonable prices, lovely atmosphère; definitely a winner.
