Excellent establishment for its welcome, atmosphere, home-style cooking, and very reasonable price.

Passing through and just looking for some tasty food. From the outside, you might think, I don't know if this is any good. But the welcome was friendly and the quality of the food was very good. We were immediately offered the suggestion to order the set menu. Fries, salad, and a delicious steak. Plus a nice cheese platter after the meal, and all that for just €45 for 3 people. Definitely worth it.

We stayed in Limoges just for 2 nights. We discovered this restaurant on the first evening - loved it so much, we returned on the 2nd! It had a set menu - plat of the day - but also omelettes and salads. The friendly owner appeared to be a one man band, taking the orders, cooking and serving. Both meals we chose were freshly cooked. There was an excellent selection on the cheese course; and 3 desserts to chose from. Three courses including a good bottle of red wine - 33 Euro. (for both of us) A wonderful experience in this local cafe - although very close to the station. Recommend.

Passing through on a business trip, what can I say? The welcome was exceptional, the food was just like it used to be—simple but good, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Real, flavorful cuisine. You can feel the owner's generosity; he loves what he does. Honestly, don't miss this restaurant; it's a shame it's no longer around. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Thank you again for feeding us so well! 🙏

I rediscovered the old neighborhood bistros where the food was prepared with love and the welcome made for a great time together. All this in Limoges. I loved it, I'll be back.
