The boss is very welcoming and smiling. Taking care of its customers. Clean and pleasant establishment. Price not excessive. Lots of choice in terms of dishes, the only downside is the salads are not plentiful enough for a single dish. Otherwise I recommend

Affordable prices but service leaves something to be desired: no seasoning set. Having asked for blue meat, I was served medium-cooked meat! Furthermore, barely finished and still at the table, the waiter cleared us completely, asking me to remove my hands to take the placemats.

We booked a table at this place after walking past on Sunday lunchtime. Most restaurants are closed on Monday in La Chatre but we booked a table and were not disappointed. Very friendly service from a very hard working waiter (who also spoke English) and great food from the chef/owner (who speaks German). It was quite funny to switch between languages as we are a multi lingual family. The evening menu is very limited with just 6/7 options but that meant that the food was excellent. They were able to cater for family members with nut and dairy allergies too. Tout simplement génial et délicieux.
