Menu de Réveillon: côté cuisine et goûteux, on frise le Sublime mais : pourquoi 2 plats à la crème dans un même menu de Réveillon ? Assortiment de desserts monocorde dans style crémeux chocolaté : dommage, il manque une pointe fraîche résolument acidulée par exemple d’agrume : mangue, citron, framboise ou ananas. Apéritif-maison pêche et champagne final très bien. Par contre: aucun menu imprimé sur les tables pour un réveillon de la St Sylvestre !!! Aucune bougie !!! Cote déco-ambiance c’est très léger 🥺 Cotillons bien pauvres, aucun serpentin, aucune sarbacane et le pire point : le service des boissons hasardeux et quelconque. L’accueil et le service aux tables manque de concret, c’est dommage (professionnelle événementielle du 06). Messieurs les Chefs, il vous manque des Ambassadeurs/hôtes ayant du charisme, un peu plus de Style et surtout le sourire ! Au final, l’expérience n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes et le souci ne vient pas du niveau de cuisine.

Customer for 4 meals at the restaurant, we have always appreciated the quality of the dishes, pâté even if the quality and quantity have dropped significantly, chicken, on the other hand the service is not up to the level, for the reception, waiting in front of the bar without no one...despite only one table occupied, in the cold room literally and figuratively, an apprentice was learning the work, which is perfect, but she would have to be taught the basics;
We serve the women first, and for desserts, there were 4 of us, they must be served at the same time, and not 5 minutes apart.
These requests should not be complicated to implement.

A great experience! Ever since I heard about Duverger and its frogs, it's a done deal! And without remorse, because we had a great time. Traditional cuisine but of an exceptional level (as proof, I can cite the gratin dauphinois, better than that of certain renowned Burgian restaurants). Whether it was the frogs or the andouillette gratin, everything was perfect.... It melts in the mouth, we inevitably sauce, and we finish with the sweet note with the duo of crème brûlées or the revisited tatin (with a coulis ...I'm just telling you that!)
In short, we're going there, we'll be back, of course!

Christmas meal. Nothing to complain about the cuisine which is excellent apart from the dessert which was not very elaborate for this day. On the other hand, the service is deplorable. Forgetfulness throughout the meal. There were four of us, only three people served and one who had a different dish left behind. His starter wasn't even cooking so we had to wait to be able to start lunch together. Ditto for coffee, another forgotten one. The servers show no professionalism and seem unmotivated. It's a shame for a restaurant that could be at the top. We will not return there.

Rien à dire , les portions sont généreuses , les cuissons justes , l assaisonnement parfait.
Les produits utilisés sont simples mais délicieux.
Les plats et assiettes sont chauds
Le service efficace et souriant .
Et le cadre agréable et
chaleureux.
Cela fait du bien de s attabler dans un restaurant comme ça .

A traditional restaurant with local cuisine: fresh frogs in parsley and gratin dauphinois, carp gratinated, goujonnette…. The dishes are very well cooked, generous in cream and butter from Etrez 😬 the products are fresh and local like the Bresse chicken with cream and morels which is delicious.
Special mention also to the crème brûlée which is excellent, one of the best I have eaten (one part vanilla and one part chocolate… yum)
If you want to eat traditional food, this is one of the best places in the region for its dishes.
The only downside for me is the service which sometimes lacks a smile...
The wine list is simple and effective

Traditional regional dishes but not exceptional! The Bresse chicken was "firm" and the carp made the 2 people who ate it sick! Very good service. Noisy atmosphere (large group in the room).
