Le Factorie Saint-Amour sur Paris

I arrived and sat down at a table. I waited 10 minutes in front of the waiter, who saw me, then went over to ask if someone was going to take my order. He took it badly and told me that if I wasn't happy, the door was wide open... which I did. I crossed the street and received a much warmer welcome! 3 stars for the food because I didn't try it, nor for the atmosphere; my review is solely for the service.

I celebrated my birthday here, it was great! We had a reserved area, the service was impeccable, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you Alexis and Z!

During our short break, we enjoyed a delicious IPA in the beautifully decorated brasserie in the evenings. Pleasant music is played without being intrusive, and the service was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

I'll start with the sore point: I ordered two beers (tempted by the particularly reasonable price), paid for one as soon as I ordered, and paid for the second before leaving. To my surprise, I discovered they had charged me one more (certainly by mistake; I don't question their good faith, and since I paid by card, I hadn't noticed at the time). The Tunisian waiter (I don't remember his name), who was serving both the bar and the tables, was certainly very friendly and eager to please, but, as I also noted above, I'd say a bit distracted. A top location for those planning to visit the Père-Lachaise area and the surrounding areas (slightly outside the city center, but well connected by metro, easily accessible from the Montmartre area). I didn't try the food, but my impression was that it was good. The prices for coffee and drinks in general are perhaps even lower than in Italy (€1 for an espresso), something I've never seen in Paris! NB: I'm not writing this review to complain or to get a refund for the extra €3.50 I paid (also because I didn't point out the mistake at the time, I noticed it later) but to encourage the staff of the place and urge them to do even more of their best, possibly trying to be less distracted 😁

We had a drink there, the place is great, really for the price, it's very reasonable, even rare in Paris. However, an hour of Jul in the middle of the afternoon is really not great for the atmosphere.

This message is simply to give you important information: they do not accept cards or restaurant vouchers, especially restaurant cards. And this isn't even displayed in the window.
