Private chef service for 9 adults and 4 children. We had a fantastic evening; the food was delicious and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it.

A small, gourmet restaurant in a secluded corner of the Haut-Languedoc region, with a lovely setting and exquisitely refined cuisine. We particularly enjoyed our 15th wedding anniversary and the time flew by. Thank you very much.

The restaurant's location is rather unexpected, in the heart of the tiny village of Berlou, just 15 minutes from Saint-Chinian. But what a wonderful and intense culinary discovery! Everything is absolutely delicious; the mackerel with its violet mustard is succulent, the quail with its jus is divine. The dishes are presented with elegance. The cheese is perfectly aged. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. Thank you to the chef for his creativity. Impeccable service. A truly delightful experience. The price is more than justified. We will definitely be back on our next trip. We highly recommend it.

Top restaurant. We took the €40 menu, which would cost at least half as much more in Belgium. Very tasty and beautifully presented. It is a pity that we were the only ones there, and on a Tuesday evening at that, when the season was already over.

I highly recommend this restaurant, which has a calm and pleasant setting in a village with stone houses. The restaurant's terrace is a shaded area surrounded by greenery. The meal was very good, featuring high-quality, local products. The "Awakening of the Senses" menu is interesting because it's a sort of surprise menu where the chef offers original dishes. I find the concept ideal because I sometimes find it difficult to choose when several options are presented. Furthermore, the limited number of dishes offered on the "Invitation to Taste" menu clearly demonstrates that the food is homemade. Finally, the welcome was very warm. We came with our small dog, and they gave him a bowl of water when we arrived. Thank you again!

We arrived at Le Faitout at noon, a party of 13. The restaurant has a calm and pleasant setting on the terrace. The service and the meal were very enjoyable, with reasonable wait times and attentive service, including appetizers. The meal was exquisite; not a single dish disappointed. Even the most discerning palates left ecstatic. The dessert and the perfectly cooked duck were particularly noteworthy—delicious. Going every day isn't feasible with a €40 menu, but if you're dining out only for special occasions, I highly recommend it.
