We opted for the €60 surprise menu and the wine pairing. All the dishes were expertly prepared, with perfectly balanced citrus and spice notes. The menu featured premium ingredients such as foie gras and beef fillet, sourced locally whenever possible, like the trout from Moulin de Napoléon, and included an assortment of delicate and delicious desserts. The wine pairing allowed us to sample five wines at a very reasonable price. These two young chefs at the helm of Le Faitout deserve our trust. Go without hesitation.

A wonderful discovery!
We had dinner there as a family and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The children loved the fish and the delicious homemade ice cream, while the adults also ate very well.
The service is excellent, and the setting is calm, pleasant, and relaxing. A big thank you to the two young partners, who are very friendly and passionate, and who do a remarkable job.
This is a place that deserves to be better known. We will gladly return!

Very good quality. As is often the case here in France, there was a set menu to choose from. There were a great variety of products. The absolute highlight was the scoop of ice cream in a chocolate shell, served with a saffron-vanilla sauce.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while out for a bike ride, and the owner was incredibly kind to fill our water bottles.
The beautiful setting piqued my curiosity, so I decided to eat there with my partner two days later.
And what can I say about the cuisine? It was both delicious and sophisticated, made with fresh ingredients, all at a very reasonable price!
I will definitely be back.
In short, everything is perfect, from the food on your plate to the staff.
