We've been to Fatra several times and it's always a real pleasure.
The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the food is consistently excellent.
This time we came for lunch, whereas we usually come in the evening, and the lunch menu was truly outstanding.
The value for money is excellent considering the quality of the ingredients and dishes.
A wonderful place we always enjoy returning to.

Le Fatra remains a must-visit in Les Sables d'Olonne, where the welcome is simply perfect, the wine list is extensive with lovely selections from winemakers, and the food is always delicious with beautiful ingredients.

We ate there on the evening of March 10th and it was absolutely delicious! A restaurant with a focus on lovingly prepared food; the dishes are original and perfectly seasoned! Fantastic waiter and waitress! ✌️
