A gem on the Chaume quayside. From starter to dessert it's a delight, the owner is very pleasant and she always perfectly pairs our dishes with wine discoveries that make us want to return.

22/09/2026: A very generous and excellent Caesar salad, and the burger of the day, the "Montagnard," was a real treat. Highly recommended.
16/09/2026: A must-visit address in Les Sables-d'Olonne... The best burgers are here! And if you're really hungry, they have incredible tapas to start with.
