We decided to try this restaurant one evening, despite the mixed reviews we had read. We try not to focus solely on negative reviews when positive ones also exist, and we always prefer to form our own opinion. We booked just 10 minutes before our arrival and were warmly welcomed by the manager, who single-handedly handles both the cooking and the service. We discovered a particularly honest and transparent person who clearly explains the origin of his products and doesn't try to present himself as an experienced chef. But ultimately, the verdict is in: we ate well, for a very reasonable price. Yes, some products are frozen, but it's important to distinguish between bad frozen food and good frozen food. In this case, we found the products offered to be perfectly acceptable and well-prepared. Despite managing everything single-handedly, the service was quick and efficient. The manager is a pleasant person, open to conversation. The place is also pleasant and makes for a good time. The only slight drawback is the busy road nearby, which can cause quite a bit of noise depending on the time of day. However, this is entirely beyond the manager's control and cannot be held against them. I must admit that, given the reviews I had read before coming, I was really wondering what to expect. In the end, we preferred to form our own opinion, and we don't regret our choice. An honest, friendly, and approachable person who deserves to be discovered. The fact that it's open 7 days a week and practically at any hour is also a real plus. Thank you for the warm welcome and the pleasant experience. We stopped by for a drink and some Floup ice cream (which was amazing!), and we were so impressed by the warm welcome, friendliness, and sense of humor of the manager. We'll definitely be back very soon to try the burgers! People like this deserve praise, not silly criticism. Try to remember the last time you were treated like that in a shop...! You need a good memory, because it's pretty rare... A rare person indeed, just the kind of person this world needs... I love it!
