We went today as a family. Despite the chef being absent due to illness, the owner managed the dining room, kitchen, and bar single-handedly. He was incredibly well-organized, perhaps a little slower than usual, but given the circumstances, we understand, and after all, we're on vacation and have the time! The food was excellent from start to finish, with no complaints whatsoever. The children loved the trout, which was delicious. A big thank you for your warm welcome and professionalism. We will be back!

Honestly, a top-notch restaurant! The owner handles both the service and the cooking single-handedly. We found it by chance, and he warned us there might be a wait, but honestly, it was very quick. I highly recommend it! The fondue was amazing, and the dessert was excellent. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A restaurant located in a beautiful setting, serving authentic traditional cuisine. All products are local. A wonderful discovery. Large dining room where it's best not to be next to a large table 🤗. A very, very interesting address and less expensive than some located in Arbois itself.
