23/05/2026: I had an amazing aioli, I highly recommend it.
09/05/2026: Nothing complicated to cook for two salads: one Luberon and one Louvre. The asparagus was undercooked, the goat cheese toast tiny, and the raw ham tasteless. On the plus side, there was a cheese plate from the Apt region! Thank goodness, I'm tempted to say 😅
