Le Flamm's sur Colmar

Great little restaurant we stumbled upon while out for a walk. Excellent value for money, the waitress was very energetic despite the crowd and the fact that she was working alone! It's a shame the fries weren't homemade.

The restaurant isn't very visible from the street, but it's a pleasant surprise. Tasty traditional dishes are served in a welcoming and quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Highly recommended!

December 26, 2025 The restaurant is decorated in a kitschy way, but it somehow fits the Christmas season 😂 It was uncomfortably cold and drafty. The food is OK by Alsatian standards. The value for money could be better. The staff (the ladies) were real rays of sunshine 😅 My food was unfortunately lukewarm 🥲

We had a wonderful meal there; it's a tiny restaurant but very welcoming. I enjoyed a Christmas beer served in a very unique glass. And we had delicious flammekueche, Munster cheese, and a gratin. 🥰

We had dinner there on Wednesday night, and although it was a bit difficult to find, it was definitely worth it! The restaurant is accessed through a shopping arcade, as it's located on the first floor. Note that you can also enter from the back street on one side. The establishment is spacious, warm, and lavishly decorated for Christmas. They have a shorter, seasonal menu for the holidays; I'm not sure if their regular menu is also available, although they don't offer it to you. Again, the waiters barely spoke any English or Spanish, but we managed to communicate. 😅 For dinner, we ordered chicken with mushroom sauce and pork cheeks. Everything tasted good and was served quite quickly. A recommendable place, but not amazing! 😅

Restaurant with decent food and generous portions, although we think not everything is homemade, what more could you ask for in a very touristy area and when you see the prices that some establishments charge nearby.

A delicious traditional meal, the ham hock and sauerkraut were excellent! Excellent service! Right in the middle of the Christmas market, very little wait! Well done!

The restaurant was packed this Saturday, December 6th, and the service was perfect: welcoming and friendly. The wait time was very reasonable considering the number of customers. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was excellent. A fantastic lunch, and a big thank you to Valerie, our waitress, who was wonderful! 👍

Good restaurant, Christmas pie, I stop for the Munster cheese, and very good civet.

Off the tourist path. Great local food offerings. Offerings being brought out were very consistent and great Looking. Enjoyed the local interior. The restaurant was packed. Everyone was really enjoying themselves. Service was steady as they worked thru the rush.
