Flawless.
I discovered the brasserie "Le Flore" about three months ago. The food is extremely good, the prices are very reasonable—frankly, inexpensive for the quality offered—and the service is truly excellent. I now go there regularly.
An address I recommend without hesitation.

I'm eating a delicious couscous - a royally delicious price (around 15) and I had it with municipal water (my favorite at the moment! My purse is rather empty!)... and it's a beautiful Friday in Sète (Thursday, December 11, 2025) as I think PRETTY WOMAN would say to the lookalike of an ex of my soulmate: LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!

One of our favorite places to eat when we're in Sète. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. The only slight downside, on this occasion when the weather didn't allow us to sit on the terrace, was the occasional odor that seemed to emanate from the (otherwise very clean) restrooms into the dining room.
