I rediscovered this brasserie and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Finally, a brasserie that serves generous and varied cuisine with a smile. The atmosphere is fantastic; I highly recommend this place if you want to have a great time with friends. Well done to the whole team!

A Sunday spent at Flore with a lovely atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch waiters and waitresses.

We stumbled upon this restaurant during our stay in Sète and were very pleasantly surprised. The servers were very welcoming, the food was excellent, and we ordered the set menu.
Our son was able to have his booster seat so he could eat with us, which was a huge plus because we were surprised to find that several restaurants in Sète didn't have high chairs or booster seats. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were generous and delicious; we left full and completely satisfied. The staff was also very pleasant. The waitress was particularly warm, a real ray of sunshine.

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP in June 2025, disregard previous reviews! This sleeping beauty has undergone a complete renovation and is now a very well-run establishment under young owners who are as friendly as they are professional, as is their team. Great atmosphere, good energy, beautiful location, good value for money, I highly recommend it!
