I came to eat, and I left satisfied and in a good mood. The food is excellent, and the owner is a real character: welcoming, funny, and always ready with a good joke. Be warned, you might come back as much for the food as for the chef's lively performance! 😄🍽️

A lovely brasserie. The staff were very friendly and professional. Excellent carbonnade, salmon floating island. Superb and very well done, a glass of Flore 👍. Pelican beer 🍻. A great place, very well located in the city center. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday. I recommend it.
15/03/2026: First time at the brasserie everything was perfect, nothing to complain about we'll be back
