Excellent experience at this café, bar, brasserie, and restaurant. The owner is super cool. The humor is spot-on, and the welcome was very warm. The waiters and waitresses were absolutely top-notch. And thank you to the chef; the Carbonnade was truly delicious, so congratulations! With this heatwave, I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to work in such heat, for both the waiters and waitresses. Fast service. And frankly, it was very good. I have absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend it; it's a very good restaurant. DON'T RELY ON THE RATINGS; SOME PEOPLE ARE EXCLUDING THEM. CHECK FOR YOURSELF, AND YOU'LL SEE FOR YOURSELF.
