Original, well-balanced pizzas, with ingredients of a much higher quality than the competition and a perfectly crisp and flavorful crust! And let's not even mention their black garlic cream base—a real treat… As if that weren't enough, the service is always impeccable, and for takeout, always punctual. In short, for me, this is the pinnacle of Vichy pizza!

We just ate at Florencia.
The pizzas are delicious, but the dessert prices are excessive.
€9.50 for a dessert that, while delicious, is tiny, whereas in some bistro-style restaurants in the Roanne area, desserts are €6 and much more generous.
So, in the end, the bill is very high for a pizzeria.

Absolutely delicious! A very pleasant surprise, the menu skillfully reinvents pasta and pizza with attention to detail, culminating in a delicious and subtle chestnut mousse dessert... Kudos for the excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere; I will gladly return to try other dishes!

Excellent Italian pizza restaurant
Parking is available on the street nearby or in the parking lot across the street, but it's metered during the day.
The quality is really good, and the ingredients are top-notch.
The service is quite fast, and the staff is very friendly.
Just a short walk from the city center and the train station.
