21/04/2026: This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. We had a wonderful time, enjoying a meal with surprising flavors that blended influences from Brittany, Japan, and the Auvergne region. What a treat and what a pleasure! The staff is very professional yet incredibly welcoming. They described the dishes to us with precision, a smile, and a touch of humor. To finish the meal, the chef came to bring us the petit fours and explain his cuisine and his passion for his craft. Bravo again to the whole team, we'll be back! 😉

05/04/2026: It's a magnificent restaurant. What they call risotto is a bed of soft rice with prawns and St. Jacques cheese, and perfectly cooked fish (not raw, not dry). For a starter, I ordered a mixed seafood platter, which was superb (very well-balanced: 2 oysters, 2 prawns, 2 snails, and 2 langoustines), and for dessert, ravioli with citrus fruits. The service is top-notch. Thank you for these last two dinners.

24/03/2026: Absolutely delicious! A very pleasant surprise, the menu skillfully reinvents pasta and pizza with attention to detail, culminating in a delicious and subtle chestnut mousse dessert... Kudos for the excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere; I will gladly return to try other dishes!

22/03/2026: Regulars at this restaurant, my mother and I went there during the February school holidays. We ordered two salads. 1) My record for longest wait has been broken: 58 minutes between ordering and the arrival of our food. 2) Absolutely nothing was offered to make up for the wait (not even a small aperitif). 3) No offer of anything, no gesture of goodwill (not even complimentary coffee) to apologize. 4) The salad was rather small for the price. In short, a very bad evening!

Special mention for the value for money, which is absolutely outstanding. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere very inviting, making the experience even more enjoyable. An address I wholeheartedly recommend! People often post reviews when they're not satisfied, so I'm taking the time to share my opinion on this fantastic restaurant.

15/04/2026: I've been twice and it's perfect. The decor is elegant and old-fashioned, the restaurant menu reflects the same spirit, blending tradition and expertise, and finally, the staff is dedicated and professional. This hotel alone is a good reason to spend some time in Vichy!

25/03/2026: Disappointment. Arriving at the start of service (12:15 pm), the €30 menu item, the pike-perch fillet, was already sold out! This was the dish that drew me to 68. The alternative choices were sauerkraut—a dish one can easily eat at home—or fleischchnaka. I reluctantly chose the latter, which turned out to be a bland, mushy dish consisting of a slice of meat, half noodle, swimming in a thin broth with four carrot slices floating on it, accompanied by three lettuce leaves. I ate it out of hunger, without any enjoyment whatsoever. According to everyone with me who tasted it, this dish was not good at all. The starter, half a Munster cheese, was tasty, as was the sorbet dessert. Although a small biscuit (like a ladyfinger) would have been appreciated. The dining room is enormous considering the few tables set. The advantage is not being disturbed by the sometimes noisy conversations of other customers. The service and welcome were professional.

20/03/2026: Charming Alsatian restaurant, excellent, located next to the Cavilam. A superb sauerkraut accompanied by traditional Alsatian products, very generous portion. An à la carte menu is also available, with very reasonable prices, and Stéphanie's smile and the chef's desserts are of high quality. We will definitely return; this is an excellent place to discover at 44 Avenue Eugène Gilbert in Vichy. I highly recommend this small, family-run, and very pleasant restaurant.

31/03/2026: A cozy place and delicious food. Always a warm welcome from Estelle, with dishes prepared by Philippe that are always delicious. I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and I've never been disappointed. Everything is fresh and homemade. Perfect flavor combinations. One of my favorite spots in Vichy city center for a successful lunch.
