Excellent location opposite the abbey gate: the service is all from young, very quick and friendly people. The pâté de canard is delicious, very delicate, the meat is tasty though not particularly tender, and the nectarine zabaglione is very good.

Excellent restaurant!! Impeccable service, thank you to the girls and the young man for the drinks... thank you Anaïs, for your smile, your attentiveness, and your kindness, as well as your colleagues, from Fafa and Franky, table 42 for this lunchtime meal. Exemplary service worthy of a top restaurant. Amaury, the waiter, was very attentive to his customers, which is rare! The lobster dish was exquisite, and the fish course that followed was equally delicious.

After several visits to Florentin, we are always pleasantly served by a fantastic team of young people who help each other and by a super enriching cuisine, honorable mention to Amaury who is always attentive to our needs and made our lunchtime enjoyable! We will be back as always.

16/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant during our visit to Moissac. It was a wonderful experience. The dishes we had that day were all delicious. (Blue lobster terrine as a starter and sea bream fillet with parsley butter, served with mashed potatoes and a skewer of roasted vegetables) 😋. The young waiters were all friendly and smiling.

12/08/2026: M1474 – Moissac A very pleasant surprise by the water! The chef's cuisine is refined and decidedly original, with dishes you won't find anywhere else: the smoked eggplant as a main course was delicious (it's rare to see this vegetable given such prominence), the cuttlefish was perfectly cooked, and the fish was exquisitely delicate. A light, fresh, and unusual menu, complemented by impeccable service worthy of a fine dining establishment—a welcome respite in this sweltering heat. A true gem, with just one suggestion: a daily cocktail menu, designed to complement the food, would perfectly set the tone for this wonderful restaurant. Bravo to the chef!
