A hidden gem, an address you absolutely must know.
22/03/2026: Just steps from the market square, the storefront is discreet, but those in the know will recognize it. A warm and friendly welcome awaits.
The menu is simple yet offers a sufficient variety of dishes, a testament to quality.
Almost everything is homemade, with a few exceptions, but always revisited by the chef with creativity and subtlety.
The meat is excellent and perfectly cooked over a wood fire (we even ordered an extra hanger steak).
We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A must-try, or a must-return!

20/12/2025: We came for a relaxed business lunch. The location is ideal, overlooking the Tarn River. The atmosphere is very cozy and chic; we felt right at home.
The dishes are beautifully presented and fresh, featuring seasonal ingredients, especially fish. The service is excellent, with thoughtful touches.
From appetizer to dessert, we were delighted with the food; it was flavorful, well-accompanied, and above all, delicious. In short, the price, location, and service make it well worth the trip.
Thank you for a wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

07/03/2026: The pizzas are very good, though you have to hope for a good day. Sometimes they're overcooked (even burnt underneath), sometimes they're missing ingredients, sometimes the crust is thick, and without any warning. The pizza maker is pleasant but lacks attention to detail in the preparation.

10/03/2024: Bought pizza for the 2nd time. Very good. I had Cantal ham and 3 cheeses. Very well cooked, not burnt. Round pizzas not deformed. And in pizza boxes. Like the first time. I didn't understand the comments from before. I thought there was a change of owners but no. Too bad a little far from home. And there isn't too much choice in the canibale hamburger style but I think that's intentional for the products. For me, they were good products because I discreetly took a look lol. not disappointed to do it again I almost didn't go back due to the phew comments.

Le cassoulet est extraordinaire, nous avons également pris des Grondins a la creme de pastis..... Un velouté de légumes avec une nage de coquilles Saint Jacques .
C'était parfait.
Service d'une grande amabilité et très efficace. Nous recommandons cette étape.
Le tarif est abordable,bravo
