Discovery of this restaurant during a day in Reims. Lunch during the week at the end of August with the incredible Maréchal menu at €46. TOPISSIME. A line of original sweets, a starter of your choice including a gazpacio of peas with beautiful shrimp or a soft half-salted salmon, a dish including a rarely cooked tuna on the plancha or a rabbit confit with its Paimpol coconuts, a refreshing dessert with peach, lavender ice cream and matcha tea financier and to finish off a farandole of very delicious sweet treats.
Deserves its star without hesitation otherwise what's the point of guides! Fortunately 3 toques and 16/20 in Gault et Millau.
An obligation for us to come back and visit Reims!

A modern and warm decoration, a welcome and top-notch service.
As for the cuisine, it's a real refinement, a mixture of flavors in a resolutely fishy menu, divinely prepared!

Amazing fine dining experience, great distinct (and not overcomplicated) flavours and ingredients - you still know what you are eating and the portions are perfect size. The large menu is really good worth for your money! Definitely recommend:))

I have had a wonderful meal where all the dishes were cooked to perfection. Received good service, was well looked after and was served a perfect amount of food of exquisite quality.
Here you get value for money. Can safely recommend this place to everyone.
Won't be surprised if we see a Michelin star here very soon

Le Foch is still my favorite restaurant in Reims. This explosion in the mouth of delicate dishes, this mixture of flavors, crunchies... These taste surprises are a treat for the taste buds! Well done !

Eccellenza francese. Esordisco con questo commento perché il pranzo settimanale fatto in questo ristorante è stato soddisfacente da tutti i punti di vista, materia prima-servizio-conto. Un ristorante con la R maiuscola che può ambire benissimo alla stella michelin.
Ho optato per il menu lunch, il classico entree+piatto proncipale+dessert. La precisione del servizio è stata qualcosa di incantevole al di là dell ottima cucina , veniva versata l acqua e non veniva lasciata sul tavolo, velocità e precisione nel servizio e pulizia degni di un ristorante stellato. A mio avviso il miglior servizio mai visto. Cucina e materia prima non si discute.
Lo consiglio assolutamente .
