A first visit to this lovely, clean restaurant. The meal and the flammekueche were excellent, and the service was very pleasant, with a warm welcome and friendly staff. I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon.

01/11/2025: We ordered several pizzas for delivery, including a four-cheese pizza... On the phone, we weren't told it would have almonds on it. Even after removing them, the taste was still there, and the person didn't eat it. Really disappointed by this oversight. Yet it wasn't the first time we'd ordered this four-cheese pizza.
15/09/2025: When we went to order two calzones, one of them had a slight problem during cooking. After reporting this to the manager, we were offered a second order, and it was perfect. I've been ordering from Factory for years, and it's very rare to encounter a problem. When one does occur, the staff's professionalism immediately sets to work to resolve it.
