Le Fontaine sur Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume

At 1 p.m., the daily special was gone... so I had to choose a steak or duck breast, which was much more expensive... the fries were greasy, the rump steak too fatty, and there was no salad or it was an extra charge... The dining room was noisy, and I didn't want to sit under the air conditioning, it was either too hot or too cold! It's really not worth the price unless you manage to get the daily special!

Absolutely amazing! An extraordinary welcome connecting Monaco to Marseille. A Proustian interlude, a sumptuous and generous lunch, just like at a family meal! The daughter and father go out of their way to make you feel comfortable; a truly warm and welcoming experience – go for it!

Very good Italian salad with burrata and heirloom tomatoes. Good bread. Good atmosphere. Friendly welcome. Shaded and quiet back terrace. Mussels and fries, but the portion wasn't very generous.

Each time a new dish (it's not repetitive), super delicious and generous portions. The waitresses are very, very kind and efficient, no waiting. The owner is a big fan of Saint-Étienne (the Greens) 😉 we love it! I recommend this establishment for all these reasons 👍
