Simple but effective and well cooked meal. Warm welcome and fast service if that is your need. Very fair prices. Choice of dishes, starters and desserts will allow everyone to find what they are looking for. In short, I advise you to go there for lunch (work meal), I will return there for my part.

A good little restaurant like we don't do anymore, in Bordeaux it's impossible to find with this quality/price ratio, and the owners are incredibly friendly, I can only recommend!

What a find! We couldn't get into the resto a few doors down and we were exhausted. Despite the resto being really busy, they made room for us and we had an excellent lunch with a really rose but the atmosphere for us was what really made this visit special. We had a salad with gesiers that would satisfy the hungriest visitor, home made chunky fries with a good steak and the best blue cheese sauce. The desserts were to die for. The perfect chocolate tart with ice cream and chantilly and creme brulee. Absolutely sublime. Don't miss taking a coffee too as it's so fresh and rich roast. We will definitely be back again but will make sure to book in advance because we would hate to miss out on dining here again. Entree plat, dessert and fromage with wine for only 16.90. Really delicious and excellent value. We loved it.

Incredible value for money. This is a French bistro like we don't make anymore but whose atmosphere I experienced as a child in the countryside. No fuss: it’s simple, tasty and inexpensive. What more could you ask for: the boss shakes your hand when you arrive, asks you if he already knows you and the boss is like him at service and very attentive. If I lived in the neighborhood I would make it my canteen 😊
